Moja Expressway Company is seeking two (2) Banksmen to join the team of experts behind the construction and operation of the Nairobi Expressway Project. The primary purpose of this role is to safely direct vehicle and equipment movement on-site while supporting general maintenance and safety operations.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Guidance: Direct and guide vehicle and equipment movement on-site safely to prevent accidents.
Maintenance Support: Assist with daily patrols, minor repairs, and facility maintenance.
Emergency & Safety Operations: Support emergency response efforts and site safety operations.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety procedures and work standards.
Hazard Identification: Proactively identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions.
Traffic Control: Assist in traffic control and setting up safety zones.
General Duties: Carry out other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Must possess a Diploma from a recognized institution.
Age: Between 20–40 years.
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors, at heights, at night, and in emergency situations.
Technical Knowledge: Familiar with routine inspection, maintenance, and safe work procedures.
Integrity: Law-abiding with no criminal record.
Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and under supervision.
