Role Overview
Equity Afia is a group of qualified and experienced doctors who have come together as a network of medical entrepreneurs with the aim of providing high-quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare to the majority of Kenyans.
This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, patients, or visitors, providing administrative and customer support services. This role is key to ensuring a receiving customer, responding to all enquiries and feedback, and ensuring the facility is clean and safe for customers.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, patients, or visitors.
Provide administrative and customer support services.
Respond to all enquiries and feedback from visitors and patients.
Ensure the facility is clean and safe for customers.
Manage front office operations and documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma in Front Office Administration, Business Administration, Health Records, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: At least two (2) years of working experience in a service-oriented industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, especially Health Management Information Systems (HMIS).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
