Job Description
Savanna Circuit manufactures and distributes last mile mobile solar milk chillers made of natural refrigerants to cut on energy refrigeration costs and minimize on dairy post-harvest losses in developing countries while cutting down on heat loss that contribute to global warming.
This consultancy is designed to enhance internal capabilities and operational rhythms. It focuses on four core areas:
Key Focus Areas
Technical Training Systems: Strengthening technical training systems, including curriculum refinement and a train-the-trainer approach for field agents and technicians.
Leadership Capability: Improving leadership capability and execution alignment for a small senior management team.
Operating Rhythm: Strengthening operating rhythm and performance tracking practices.
People Management: Refinement of onboarding and core people-management processes.
We are particularly interested in consultants with practical experience supporting operational or field-based teams, and who combine strong design capability with hands-on implementation.
Requirements
Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Experience: Practical experience supporting operational or field-based teams.
Execution: Combination of strong design capability with hands-on implementation.
