The Work Control Center Manager is a leadership position responsible for managing scheduled work readiness through meetings, issue resolution, metrics, and dashboards. This role oversees work control, planning, infrastructure, and facilities support to ensure cost-effective and reliable support to the customer.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage scheduled work readiness through meetings, metrics, dashboards, schedule reviews, and walkthroughs.
Lead work control, planning, infrastructure, facilities support, and plant operations.
Receive and review service requests and work orders submitted by customers and determine proper delegation and response.
Maintain a database of all customer-submitted and internal service requests/work orders.
Participate in future planning and develop plans with functional areas in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Public Works.
Provide required reporting and coordination for building repairs, upgrades, and office space design.
Conduct office work environmental studies and prepare facility master plans.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality, on-time performance and optimal return on investment.
Skills and Knowledge
Knowledge of ERP Business System Applications.
Understanding of business practices, procedures, and facility planning management.
Knowledge of the functions and operations of major U.S. agencies.
Excellent supervisory, leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications and Experience
Eight (8) years’ experience in facilities maintenance, base camp maintenance, or a related field.
Two (2) plus years of experience in administering ERP System Transactions.
Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline is preferred.
Additional experience/education may be required by specific contract or assignment.
