The Warehouse Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and warehouse operations to ensure efficient service delivery and inventory control within the designated depot.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Supervision: Manage and monitor daily sales activities to ensure targets are met and customer requirements are fulfilled.
Depot/Warehouse Operations: Oversee the day-to-day functions of the warehouse, ensuring logistical efficiency and safety compliance.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and control stock levels using management systems.
Customer Service: Ensure high standards of service delivery and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or warehouse operations, with a preference for candidates from the agribusiness sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management systems, specifically SAP and Microsoft Excel.
