Role Overview and Responsibilities

Overseeing all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of renewable energy components and equipment.
Ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy through the implementation of robust inventory control systems (WMS) and regular cycle counts and physical audits.
Managing, training, and motivating warehouse personnel to optimize performance, adherence to company policies, and strict compliance with health and safety standards.
Coordinating closely with procurement, sales, and distribution teams to ensure seamless flow of goods and efficient fulfillment of orders.
Optimizing warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize storage capacity and operational productivity.
