The role of a Virtual Assistant (VA) at RAY AI Inc. involves supporting top-tier entrepreneurs in the US & Europe. As a RAY, you will be matched with founders to manage various aspects of their professional and personal lives, aiming to give them back their time and energy so they can focus on work only they can do.
Responsibilities
- Implementing and maintaining an efficient inbox management system.
- Managing and protecting the entrepreneur's time and calendar.
- Coordinating email, calendar, and task management seamlessly.
- Arranging personal and business travel.
- Conducting thorough research and creating detailed reports (e.g., competitor analysis).
Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for highly motivated and driven individuals who strive for operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (BA/BSc/HND).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- High problem solving ability (tested in our assessment center) & High agency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 level).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with modern productivity tools and eagerness to learn new technologies like AI.
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities effectively.
