Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, the candidate MUST:

• Have earned a Master’s degree in Environmental Planning and Development or Urban and Regional Planning from an accredited and recognized university.
• Have earned a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited and recognized university.
• Be registrable for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Landscape Architecture or Urban and Regional Planning.
• Be registered or registrable with the relevant professional body (where applicable).

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducting tutorials and seminars for undergraduate students under the guidance of senior academic staff.
• Assisting in the preparation of teaching materials and curriculum development.
• Participating in departmental research projects and academic initiatives.
• Supervising student practical sessions and providing academic guidance to students.
• Progressing towards the completion of a PhD program in a relevant field.
• Performing any other academic or administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
