The Test Administrator plays a critical role in delivering a secure, professional, and welcoming exam environment for all test‑taking candidates. This position is responsible for ensuring exam integrity while providing an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Candidate Greeting & Check-in: Welcome, greet, and check in customers and test‑taking candidates in a professional and friendly manner.
Identity Verification: Verify candidate identity through approved personal identification documents.
Exam Procedures: Clearly explain exam testing processes, rules, and procedures to candidates.
Proctoring & Invigilation: Proctor / invigilate candidates during examinations to ensure compliance with all testing security requirements.
Policy Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to exam security procedures, company policies, and professional standards.
Observation: Monitor candidates closely for restricted or suspicious behavior, paying attention to detail from a distance.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues by working with internal departments (e.g., IT support) when required.
Candidate Assistance: Escort candidates to and from the testing room as needed.
Housekeeping: Perform basic housekeeping duties, including vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards and workstations.
Working Environment
Quiet, controlled testing environment.
Requires the ability to sit for extended periods.
Involves close monitoring and occasional walking/escorting of candidates.

Essential Requirements:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures precisely.
School‑level qualifications in English and Mathematics.
Flexibility to work different days and shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Requirements:
Previous customer service experience (preferably 3-5 years).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in a regulated, secure, or compliance‑driven environment.
