Showroom & Customer Relations Executive

Main Responsibilities

• Sales & Client Engagement: Greet visitors, understand their specific needs, provide detailed product information, and actively work to close sales.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain rapport with clients in both front-office and back-end capacities, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and conduct follow-ups to ensure continued satisfaction.
• Showroom Operations & Management: Maintain the showroom environment to ensure it is clean, organized, and that all products are displayed effectively and professionally.
• Order Processing: Efficiently manage customer orders and payments, coordinating closely with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Lead Generation & Reporting: Identify new business opportunities, maintain accurate client records, and provide regular reports on showroom footfall and sales performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in showroom sales and client relations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Expertise in customer service, with a consistent focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage showroom operations and organize client appointments effectively.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
