Role Overview
This position sits at the heart of our growing global organisation. You will be responsible for all aspects of your centre’s performance. We’ll give you the autonomy and resource to manage your centre as though it’s your own business.
Key Responsibilities
Managing everything on-site at the centre.
Rising to every challenge and solving problems effectively.
Conducting tours for prospective customers to showcase the workspace.
Identifying opportunities for upselling to existing customers.
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure every client becomes a brand ambassador for IWG.

About You
Ideally, you’ll have some experience delivering against targets while leading a small, close-knit team. You may have run a flexible workspace centre before, or managed a store, restaurant, or any site with a high degree of customer focus. Alongside your natural sales and commercial skills, what matters most is your mindset:

Qualifications and Requirements
A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND).
Proven experience in a customer-centric leadership or management role.
Ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
Strong commercial acumen and natural sales skills.
