Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships. This role requires a friendly, enthusiastic professional who can multitask and manage time effectively in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Task Completion: Complete all tasks assigned by HQ on time, including preparing reports and attending meetings.
Inbound Calls: Enthusiastically answer inbound phone calls from current and prospective customers.
Outbound Support: Place outbound calls to current customers to solicit feedback and provide necessary support.
