Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technology Sales Executive to join their team. Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
- Identify, target, and engage potential customers across industries such as hospitality, education, healthcare, retail, and warehousing.
- Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and close deals for IT hardware, software solutions (including ERP systems), and power backup solutions.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
Product Expertise
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of product offerings, including IT hardware, software, outdoor/camping solutions, summit and drive-thru solutions, and retail products.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to clients, demonstrating how solutions align with their needs.
Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business requirements and offering personalized solutions.
- Provide outstanding post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Proactively address customer concerns and offer solutions to enhance the overall client experience.
Market Research and Strategy
- Monitor market trends, industry demands, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Share market insights with management to refine sales strategies and improve product positioning.
Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and expense reports to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the sales process.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales Targets: Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Client Acquisition: Successfully onboard a minimum of 10–15 new clients per quarter.
- Customer Retention: Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher.
- Lead Generation: Generate 20–30 qualified leads each month.
- Market Expansion: Increase product penetration in key industries by 10–15% annually (specific industries may vary depending on focus areas).
