We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Intern in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying business opportunities by prospecting different clients.
Achieving set targets weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Booking appointments with corporate and other clients; visiting them in their offices to present the company's products.
Carrying out product demonstrations to clients and briefing them about the location, benefits, price, and modes of payment.
Following up prospects till the execution of the sale and after-sale service.
Researching and developing new ways of sourcing new clients; identifying institutions that have groups and approaching them for demonstration.
Coordinating and scheduling site visit experience for the clients, by actively ensuring physical presence on every visit to various company projects.
Handling correspondences and inquiries through email, phones, or face-to-face.
Following up with payments by clients sourced by self (Current debt collection).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma (any field of study) from a recognized institution.
Strong interest in Sales with a desire to learn and work in a Real Estate Company.
Excellent interpersonal relationships, communication, and negotiation skills.
Great attitude and willingness to learn.
