Progressive Credit is looking for a Team Leader to join their branch in Rongai. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team to drive sales, ensure the referral of high-quality loans, support loan recovery efforts, and maintain exceptional customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers.
Ensure a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
Provide support in the recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.
Ensure zero tolerance for customer complaints, both internal and external.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customers' information.
Maintain good service delivery on customer service relationships.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or any Business-related course.
Practical working experience in a Micro Finance Institution.
At least 4 years of experience as a Team Leader or Branch Manager.
