Progressive Credit is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Team Leader for our Kitengela branch. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a sales team, driving customer acquisition, ensuring high-quality loan generation, and maintaining outstanding client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers.
Ensure a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
Provide hands-on support in the recovery of loan facilities referred by yourself and your team.
Ensure zero tolerance for both internal and external customer complaints.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality regarding customer information.
Deliver excellent service and manage positive customer relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or any Business-related course.
Practical, hands-on working experience within a Microfinance Institution (MFI).
At least 4 years of proven experience in a Team Leader or Branch Manager role.
