Progressive Credit is looking for a Team Leader for our Donholm branch. The successful candidate will lead the team in achieving sales targets, securing high-quality loans, and maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers.
Sales Targets:
Quality Loans: Ensure a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
Recovery Support: Provide support in the recovery of credit facilities referred by yourself and the team.
Customer Service: Ensure zero tolerance for customer complaints, both internal and external, while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Confidentiality: Maintain high levels of confidentiality regarding customers' information.
Service Delivery: Maintain good service delivery on customer service relationships.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or any Business-related course.
Experience:
A practical working experience in a Micro Finance Institution.
At least 4 years of experience as a Team Leader or Branch Manager.
