Role Overview
The Team Leader for Nakuru SME will be responsible for overseeing the Biashara Secured (SME) Loans division in Nakuru. The role involves managing the lending process and ensuring business growth within the Small and Medium Enterprise sector.
Responsibilities
Manage the Biashara Secured (SME) Loans portfolio.
Provide leadership and direction to the SME loan team in the Nakuru region.
Ensure high standards of customer service and swift delivery of loan products.

Requirements
A minimum qualification of BA/BSc/HND.
Professional background or interest in Finance, Accounting, or Audit.
Capability to lead a team in a micro-finance environment.
