Platinum Credit Limited, a credit-only Micro-Finance Company licensed in Kenya, is seeking a Team Leader for our Kakamega branch. This role is specifically focused on managing Biashara Secured (SME) Loans. Founded in 2003, Platinum Credit provides emergency loans to Civil Servants, TSC members, and employees of selected companies with a commitment to delivering cash within 24 hours through swift and efficient service.
Responsibilities
While specific duties are not exhaustive in the posting, the Team Leader is expected to:
Oversee the Biashara Secured (SME) Loans portfolio in the Kakamega region.
Lead and manage the sales and loan processing team to meet targets.
Ensure compliance with credit policies and company standards.
Maintain high levels of customer service and swift processing as per the company's 24-hour delivery promise.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Must possess a Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND).
Expertise: Experience or specialized knowledge in Biashara Secured (SME) Loans is required.
Attributes: Strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to micro-finance excellence.
