Talent Development & Capacity Building

This pivotal role involves taking full ownership of the end-to-end design and execution of the organization's internship program. The primary objective is to build a robust, job-ready talent pipeline specifically targeted for key business teams, including Sales & Distribution, Digital Sales, Customer Success, and Product Adoption. You will engage with universities to promote the program, hire high-potential interns, deliver structured product and functional training, and enable interns to become productive contributors aligned with business needs, while also owning the intern experience and growth journey to ensure clarity on career paths and long-term opportunities within the organization. This is a "zero-to-one" role, requiring a self-driven, purpose-led individual capable of building and scaling a high-impact program from the ground up.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and continuously improve the entire end-to-end internship lifecycle.
• Create and implement structured success paths, detailed learning plans, and measurable milestones for interns.
• Manage the Induction and training process for new talent.
• Manage the performance evaluation and career planning process for interns.
• Own and achieve the strategic goal of building and supplying competent capacity to the various business teams.
• Engage proactively with universities to pitch the internship program, recruit interns, provide them with thorough product training and other foundational and functional skills, and ensure they become productive contributors aligned with business context.
• Create competent capacity by owning the entire cycle of the internship program end-to-end.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management.
• Candidates must have 3–5 years of professional experience in HR, Talent Development, Capacity Building, or managing Early Careers programs.
• Possess strong business partnering experience with a proven ability to align people initiatives directly to measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple demanding stakeholders.
