This pivotal role involves taking full ownership of the end-to-end design and execution of the organization's internship program. The primary objective is to build a robust, job-ready talent pipeline specifically targeted for key business teams, including Sales & Distribution, Digital Sales, Customer Success, and Product Adoption. You will engage with universities to promote the program, hire high-potential interns, deliver structured product and functional training, and enable interns to become productive contributors aligned with business needs, while also owning the intern experience and growth journey to ensure clarity on career paths and long-term opportunities within the organization. This is a "zero-to-one" role, requiring a self-driven, purpose-led individual capable of building and scaling a high-impact program from the ground up.
