We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive for a full-time on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing business relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales cycles, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also requires staying updated on market trends to provide strategic insights and inform sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company's portfolio.
Nurture and maintain existing business relationships to ensure long-term retention and revenue growth.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Develop professional sales proposals and negotiate favorable contracts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met and satisfaction is maintained.
Stay updated on market trends to provide strategic insights and refine sales tactics.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Account Management.
Proficiency in Negotiation, Relationship Management, and the use of CRM tools.
Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Business Solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Previous experience in the digital marketing or advertising industries is an added advantage.
