We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting corrugated packaging solutions to meet customer needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and account management to market research and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Product Promotion: Promote and sell corrugated packaging products including cartons, boxes, and custom packaging solutions.
Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer accounts to achieve set sales targets.
Contract Management: Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and contracts.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Internal Coordination: Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Customer Service: Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints promptly.
Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Business Development: Identify and develop new clients to expand the market base.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A professional certification in sales/marketing is an added advantage.
2–3 years’ of experience in corrugated packaging/cartons or related B2B sales.
Demonstrated high levels of performance in a field sales environment.
Key Competencies and Skills
Comprehensive understanding of the sales and marketing cycle.
Proficiency in MS Office, and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Strong customer service, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
Effective planning and organization skills.
