FAPCL Group, a leading real estate and financial solutions firm in Kenya founded in 2010, is seeking a Senior Finance and Administration Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing financial operations and administrative functions to ensure the organization's financial health, regulatory compliance, and efficient office management.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure organizational stability.
Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Compliance & Controls: Maintain and enforce strong internal controls and accounting principles, ensuring full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Administrative Management: Oversee all administrative functions, including procurement, office operations, and facility management.
Technical Oversight: Utilize accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Tally) to manage financial data efficiently.
Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the finance and administration teams, ensuring a productive work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years’ progressive experience in finance and administration.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and statutory/regulatory requirements.
Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Leadership: Proven experience managing administrative functions and leading teams.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
