The role of Sales Officer Intern in Meru is critical for driving MOGO Kenya's core business, focusing on the sale and financing of vehicles. MOGO Kenya specializes in offering top-notch, long-term car financing, covering up to 80% of a car's value, allowing customers to drive their dream cars quickly and at convenient interest rates. With more than 6 years’ experience providing financing services, MOGO strives for efficient service delivery. The Intern will be primarily focused on selling the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products to customers, executing the entire loan issuance process, ensuring proper documentation, and striving to meet the sales targets for the branch.
Key Responsibilities (What you will do)
- Selling the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products to customers.
- Sales of new & used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers for potential customers.
- Execution of the loan issuance process to potential customers.
- Facilitation of proper documentation per sale.
- Assistance with administrative tasks (inspections, price updates etc) when needed.
- Manage incoming potential customers & follow-up until the sale is completed.
- Ensuring that the sales process is followed as per MOGO standards.
- Reaching the sales target of the branch through avenues provided.
- Any other duty that may be assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements (What you will need)
- Education: Diploma/Degree in a business course or related field.
- Experience: One year relevant sales experience.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Powerpoint is a must).
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
