The Sales Officer Intern based in Thika will be a crucial part of the MOGO Finance Car Branches team, responsible for driving sales across the company's financial product portfolio. MOGO Finance specializes in offering top-notch, long-term financing for new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers in Kenya, covering up to 80% of a car's value with convenient interest rates. This role focuses on direct sales, customer management, and execution of the loan issuance process to help customers acquire their desired vehicles swiftly.
Key Responsibilities (What you will do):
- Selling the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products to customers.
- Sales of new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers for potential customers.
- Execution of loan issuance process to potential customers.
- Facilitation of proper documentation per sale.
- Assistance with administrative tasks (inspections, price updates etc) when needed.
- Manage incoming potential customers and follow-up until sale is completed.
- Ensuring that the sales process is followed as per MOGO standards.
- Reaching the sales target of the branch through avenues provided.
- Any other duty that may be assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills (What you will need):
- Education: Diploma or Degree in a business course or related field.
- Experience: One year relevant sales experience is required.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in English and Swahili.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must).
