The role of the Sales Officer Intern is based in Kisumu and involves promoting and facilitating MOGO Kenya’s comprehensive financial products, particularly long-term vehicle financing (up to 80% of value) for cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers. MOGO has over 6 years of experience in providing efficient financial services.
Key Responsibilities (What you will do):
- Selling the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products to customers.
- Sales of new & used cars, motorcycles and three-wheelers for potential customers.
- Execution of the loan issuance process to potential customers.
- Facilitation of proper documentation per sale.
- Assistance with administrative tasks (inspections, price updates, etc.) when needed.
- Manage incoming potential customers & follow-up until the sale is completed.
- Ensuring that the sales process is followed as per MOGO standards.
- Reaching the sales target of the branch through avenues provided.
- Any other duty that may be assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills (What you will need):
- Education: Diploma or Degree in a business course or related field.
- Experience: One year relevant sales experience.
- Core Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical & problem-solving skills, good leadership skills, loyalty, and integrity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Powerpoint is a must).
