Sales Officer Intern - Car Branches

Mogo Finance offers top-notch, long-term car financing in Kenya to prospective customers, covering up to 80% of any car's value, facilitating quick acquisition of vehicles at convenient interest rates. The company has over 6 years of experience in providing financial services.

This Sales Officer Intern role, based in the Car Branches in Nakuru, is focused on driving the sale of MOGO Kenya's financial products, specifically for vehicle financing (new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers). The intern will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from engaging potential customers to executing the loan issuance process, while ensuring adherence to MOGO's standards and meeting branch sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Selling the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products to customers.
• Managing sales of new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers for potential customers.
• Execution of the loan issuance process to potential customers.
• Facilitation of proper documentation per sale.
• Assistance with administrative tasks (inspections, price updates, etc.) when needed.
• Manage incoming potential customers and follow-up until the sale is completed.
• Ensuring that the sales process is followed as per MOGO standards.
• Reaching the sales target of the branch through avenues provided.
• Performing any other assigned duty.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this internship, candidates should possess the following:

Education and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in a business course or related field.
• One year of relevant sales experience.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
