The Sales Officer Intern, based in Isiolo, is responsible for driving the sales of MOGO Kenya's full range of financial products, focusing particularly on vehicle financing and sales (new and used cars, motorcycles, and threewheelers). This role requires executing the loan issuance process efficiently, managing customer relationships, and ensuring adherence to high standards of sales practice.
Key Responsibilities
Selling the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products to customers.
Sales of new & used cars, motorcycles and threewheelers for potential customers.
Execution of the loan issuance process to potential customers.
Facilitation of proper documentation per sale.
Assistance with administrative tasks (inspections, price updates, etc.) when needed.
Manage incoming potential customers & follow-up until the sale is completed.
Ensuring that the sales process is followed as per MOGO standards.
Reaching the sales target of the branch through avenues provided.
Any other duty that may be assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Successful candidates must possess the following attributes and qualifications:
Education: Diploma/Degree in a business course or related field.
Experience: One year relevant sales experience.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Powerpoint is a must).
