This role as a Sales Captain focuses on driving the success of Mogo's Checkoff Loans product through rigorous field sales and business development activities across Kenya. The primary objective is to meet and exceed ambitious disbursement targets by generating high-quality leads and establishing strong institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and submit quality leads to Mogo via the partners portal.
- Participate in daily marketing activations for the Mogo Checkoff product.
- Meet and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly assigned disbursement targets.
- Represent the Mogo checkoff product and brand effectively in designated areas of domicile.
- Liaise with sales team leaders and captains to design effective marketing route plans and strategies.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets reports.
- Collecting (and submitting!) quality leads from the field that convert directly to sales.
- Search for and onboard new institutions, building great relationships with partner institutions.
- Train partner institutions on application processes and details about Check-Off products.
- Evaluate market trends, gather competitor information, and identify trends affecting the future growth of check-off loans.
- Provide feedback from the field to management.
Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Background:
- Certificate or Diploma in a sale related course. The posting also mentions BA/BSc/HND qualifications.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with check-off loans, either in sales or Business Development (is an added advantage).
- Proven Business Development/Field sales experience.
