The GoCare Training Institute (GTI), which originated from GoCare (a Kenyan organization established in 2011 to enhance healthcare accessibility and quality), is looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer. The role is centered on driving student recruitment, managing marketing campaigns, and enhancing the institute's visibility through both traditional and digital channels to ensure organizational growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Meet recruitment targets and manage multiple marketing campaigns effectively.
Implement digital marketing strategies including social media management, content creation, and advertisement management.
Conduct professional presentations and negotiations with prospective students and stakeholders.
Maintain high levels of integrity and professionalism while adopting a student-centered mindset.
Demonstrate flexibility and effectiveness in executing marketing tasks and campaigns.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Sector Experience: Current or previous experience in student recruitment within the college or education sector is a significant advantage.
Digital Skills: Strong digital marketing skills including social media management, content creation, and digital ads.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; self-motivated and results-oriented.
Attributes: High level of reliability, flexibility, and effectiveness.
