Peoplelink Consultants Ltd, a leading consultancy firm in Kenya, is seeking a motivated and target-driven Car Tracking Sales Agent to join their team in Eldoret. The primary objective of this role is to drive the growth of car tracking and fleet management services through proactive market engagement and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
Actively prospect and generate new sales leads for car tracking and fleet management services.
Conduct sales visits to individuals, fleet owners, and corporate clients to present service benefits.
Diligently follow up on generated leads, prepare accurate quotations, and successfully close sales.
Consistently achieve and exceed established monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Generate and submit accurate reports regarding sales activities and market feedback.
Provide client education on product usage and key benefits during the onboarding phase.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: KCSE certificate; however, a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in field sales is required. Specific experience in selling car tracking or automotive technology solutions is a significant advantage.
Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation abilities are essential.
Attributes: Must be self-driven, confident, and highly target-oriented with the ability to operate effectively under minimal supervision.
