Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is seeking a motivated Car Tracking Sales Agent to be based in Kisumu. The primary focus of this role is to drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients for car tracking and fleet management services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a background in field sales and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Responsibilities
Actively prospect and generate new sales leads for car tracking and fleet management services.
Conduct sales visits to individuals, fleet owners, and corporate clients.
Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and close sales.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide accurate reports on sales activity and market feedback.
Educate clients on product usage and benefits during the onboarding process.
Requirements
Minimum KCSE qualification; a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in field sales; experience specifically selling car tracking solutions is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
