We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Agent based in Mombasa to promote and sell our vehicle tracking solutions. The role involves prospecting and pitching these solutions to SMEs, corporate clients, and individuals, while building a robust client portfolio in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporates, and individuals.
Build and grow a client portfolio within the assigned region.
Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of proven experience in field sales within the tracking industry.
Experience working for a vehicle tracking company is considered a significant advantage.
Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
A well-groomed, presentable, enthusiastic, and energetic personality.
