We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join our team in Kisii, specifically focused on the tracking industry sector.
Responsibilities and Duties
Prospect and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporates, and individuals.
Build and grow a client portfolio within the assigned region (Kisii).
Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Education: Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1–2 years’ proven experience in field sales, specifically in the tracking industry.
Industry Knowledge: Experience from a vehicle tracking company is considered a significant added advantage.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
Performance: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Work Ethic: Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
Personal Attributes: A well-groomed and presentable person who is enthusiastic and energetic.
