Morsan HR Consulting is a global HR consultancy firm specializing in tailored comprehensive HR services. On behalf of our client in the vehicle tracking industry, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to be based in Nairobi.
Job Overview
The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth by promoting and selling specialized vehicle tracking solutions to a diverse client base, including SMEs, corporate entities, and individual customers.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Pitching: Proactively identify and present vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporate organizations, and individual clients.
Portfolio Management: Build and nurture a robust client portfolio within the assigned Nairobi region.
Sales Performance: Consistently deliver on established monthly and quarterly sales targets to ensure organizational growth.
Service Quality: Maintain high levels of service quality by establishing and enforcing organizational standards and excellence.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1–2 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably within the tracking or telematics industry.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working with a vehicle tracking company is a distinct advantage.
Competencies: Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Personal Attributes: A well-groomed, presentable, enthusiastic, and energetic professional capable of working under minimal supervision.
