Role Overview
The Sales Agent will be responsible for driving the growth of vehicle tracking solutions by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Machakos region. This role involves prospecting, pitching to various clients, and building a robust client portfolio to meet set sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Pitching: Identify potential leads and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporate entities, and individual clients.
Portfolio Management: Build and grow a client portfolio within the assigned region.
Sales Targets: Consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Quality Standards: Maintain high levels of service quality by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1–2 years of proven experience in field sales within the tracking industry. Experience working specifically for a vehicle tracking company is a significant advantage.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and deal-closing skills.
Performance Track Record: A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Personal Attributes: A well-groomed, presentable individual who is enthusiastic, energetic, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
