Role Overview
Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL) is seeking a professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations within a healthcare setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, and the meticulous maintenance of patient records.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Reception: Welcome patients and visitors professionally, providing a positive first point of contact.
Registration: Accurately register patients into the Health Management Information System (HMIS).
Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointments and coordinate clinic schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Record Management: Maintain, organize, and update patient records securely and systematically.
Administrative Support: Support various administrative tasks and contribute to reporting functions as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma in Health Records and Information Management or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience specifically within a healthcare setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
