Job Description
Excelon Limited is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to provide vital administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our office environment. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, handling communications, and supporting various departments to maintain organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain and organize both physical and electronic filing systems.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
Ensure the office common areas are tidy, organized, and professional at all times.
Requirements
Must possess a Diploma in a relevant field.
1 - 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and office equipment.
