We are seeking a Quality Assurance Trainer to join our team in Nairobi. The role is focused on enhancing the skills and performance of our teams through targeted training programs focusing on communication, negotiation, and compliance within the debt recovery sector.
Key Responsibilities
Train teams on communication and conflict management strategies.
Deliver training on negotiation and closing techniques to improve recovery rates.
Guide teams on professional call handling and objection management.
Ensure a deep understanding of legal and regulatory compliance among staff.
Promote ethics, judgement, and integrity in all operations.
Coach on personal branding and business etiquette.
Strengthen organization and time management skills.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
At least 2 years’ experience in a training role.
Strong understanding of the loan recovery/collections industry.
