Procurement Trainee

The Procurement Trainee position is part of Capwell Industries Limited's Management Trainee Program, which is specifically designed to intentionally develop future leaders through structured exposure, hands-on experience, and mentorship across the business.

Capwell Industries Limited (CIL) started its operations in 1999 with a modern maize milling factory in Thika. It manufactures high-quality flour, rice pulses, and porridges, using the best processes and technologies available. CIL has since diversified its operations to rice milling, porridge milling, packaging of wheat flour, and distribution of fruit juice. Requirements:

We are seeking graduates who:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper and above) or a Master’s degree (any discipline).
• Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Are adaptable, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Show leadership potential and a willingness to take ownership.
• Are interested in building a long-term career in FMCG manufacturing and commercial operations.
