Ocean Network Express (ONE) is looking for an Outside Sales Representative based in Nairobi, Kenya. This is a full-time, on-site role focusing on driving business growth through strategic sales presentations and client relationship management. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions within the shipping and logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct professional sales presentations to potential and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
Generate sales leads and consistently meet or exceed set sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure and enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide tailored solutions to meet specific client needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in Sales Presentations and New Business Development.
Strong skills in Relationship Building and Customer Service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Familiarity with the logistics or shipping industry is a distinct advantage.
