Outbound Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time with high accuracy.
• Protect goods from damage during handling and transportation.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment, adhering to occupational health and safety standards.
• Minimize transportation expenses through efficient load planning and route optimization.
• Minimize product damage and reduce dispatch errors.
• Ensure all manifests are printed and signed before releasing any truck.
• Execute any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A minimum of a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in warehousing and stock control within a formal setup.
• Proven exposure to warehouse operations, procedures, and inventory techniques.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software for order processing and inventory management.
• Knowledge of the entire logistics process.
• Exposure to using an automated warehouse inventory system (e.g., Orion).
