Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Customer Expert to join our team in Nairobi. The role involves maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times while resolving inquiries across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Gain deep knowledge of products to respond to customer inquiries accurately.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Coordinate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure overall customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
Manage database records and draft status reports on customer service issues.
Perform data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service.
Degree or Diploma in any related field.
Typing speed of 40WPM with an accuracy of 90% and above.
C1 English proficiency and excellent grammar skills.
Proficiency in IT programs, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong interpersonal and people skills.
Proactive personality and self-motivated.
Quick learner capable of absorbing extensive information regarding brand history and product offerings.
Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with great phone etiquette.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including both day and night shifts.
