Excelon Limited is a specialized HR service provider addressing critical gaps in the MSME sector. We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Kiambu. The role involves accurately managing company data and records to support organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Enter data into company databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies.
Maintain and update records as required.
Organize and file digital and physical documents.
Generate basic reports when requested.
Ensure data confidentiality and security.
Assist other departments with administrative support tasks.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Requirements
Qualification: Minimum of KCSE (Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education).
Experience: No specific experience mentioned; suitable for entry-level candidates.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and organizational skills.
