As a Mobile & Outreach Executive, you will drive demand generation and booking execution for various dental outreach programs. This role is designed for a professional who can prospect, secure dates, confirm attendance, and deliver a compliant deployment plan to ensure mobile unit operations proceed seamlessly without cancellations.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Sales: Prospecting and generating qualified leads for outreach initiatives.
Operational Coordination: Delivering compliant deployment plans and managing critical logistics to prevent cancellations.
On-ground Support & Conversion: Providing support during activations to drive revenue conversions and bookings for paid services.
Reporting & Accountability: Maintaining clean documentation for billing/claims and reporting on performance metrics.
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
Weekly generation of qualified leads with complete contact details and attendance estimates.
Achieving monthly targets for confirmed deployments in Schools, Corporates, and Home visits.
Zero preventable cancellations due to mapping or confirmation failures.
Meeting revenue conversion targets from outreach activations.
Maintaining accurate documentation for billing and claims support.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND).
2+ years of experience in field sales, activations, outreach, community marketing, insurance sales, or B2B relationship management.
Strong execution discipline with the ability to follow strict checklists and timelines.
Comfortable with frequent field movement and professional stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in using WhatsApp/email for follow-ups and basic spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) for tracking.
Bonus: Experience in healthcare outreach, insurance/TPA environments, or corporate wellness days.
