We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive (2-5 years experience) to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to convert marketing leads into paying clients, drive sales through proactive LinkedIn outreach, and secure projects via Upwork and similar freelancing platforms. This role serves global clients, with a strong focus on the US & UK markets.
Key Responsibilities
Convert qualified marketing leads into paying clients.
Drive sales through LinkedIn outreach and Sales Navigator.
Win projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
Handle client discovery, negotiation, and deal closure.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline.
Work closely with the marketing team for better lead conversion.
Requirements and Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Strong LinkedIn sales experience is mandatory.
Experience with Upwork or similar freelancing platforms is highly preferred.
Minimum qualification: BA/BSc/HND.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
Willing to work from the Nairobi office while collaborating with global teams.
