Our client is a growing start-up in the natural wellness and personal care space seeking a hands-on Sales & Admin Representative to support daily operations and drive sales. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is passionate about natural beauty and wellness products and enjoys a mix of administrative tasks and direct sales engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting daily business operations and administrative tasks.
Driving sales through customer engagement and follow-ups.
Managing social media platforms to promote products and engage with the customer base.
Handling customer inquiries and maintaining positive client relationships.
Ensuring organized record-keeping and office management.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Vocational qualification.
Experience: At least 1 year experience in an administrative role.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attributes: Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and a passion for sales.
Technical: Computer literate with basic knowledge of using social media platforms to promote products.
Location: Must reside in Ruaka or nearby areas.
Bonus: Interest or experience in beauty, wellness, or FMCG is an added advantage.
Employment Terms
Gross Salary: Kshs. 20,000
