The Marketing Executive at Furniture Palace Int (K) Ltd is a key role responsible for driving the company's marketing efforts by developing and executing integrated strategies to strengthen the brand, drive customer acquisition and retention, and maximize sales performance across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strengthen brand positioning, consistency, and visual identity across all channels.
- Plan and manage omnichannel marketing campaigns (digital, social, in-store, influencers).
- Oversee content creation, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, and performance analytics.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales through promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, customer insights, and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Lead and coordinate marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Perform any other assigned job related duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in the same role.
- Experience in the retail industry is an added advantage.
- Exposure to SEO/SEM analytics tools, and performance marketing.
- Experience working with marketing agencies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset.
- Attention to detail.
