A Gifting company is looking for a highly driven, creative, and relationship-oriented Marketing & Business Development Executive to support the growth of the business through marketing activations, partnerships and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s corporate and retail customer base, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and executing impactful marketing initiatives that grow brand visibility and revenue. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building meaningful customer experiences through gifting.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue.
Acquire new corporate clients and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
Develop and manage a pipeline of leads and partnerships.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into paying customers.
Support achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
Serve as the key contact person for corporate clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Coordinate timely execution and delivery of corporate gifting orders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Conduct regular client check-ins to understand gifting needs and identify new opportunities.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and activations.
Coordinate seasonal campaigns, corporate gifting promotions, and special projects.
Assist in organizing pop-ups, exhibitions, partnerships, and brand events.
Job Specifications and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2 - 4 years’ experience in business development, sales, account management, or marketing.
Experience handling corporate clients and partnerships is an added advantage.
Experience in retail, gifting, lifestyle, hospitality, or e-commerce industries is preferred.
