Job Description
Fanisi HR Solutions is recruiting a Marketing and Social Media Manager for one of its clients in the real estate sector. The role is focused on developing and implementing a systemized marketing strategy for property listings while maintaining the brand's tone across multiple digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Content Development: Develop and implement a detailed, systemized marketing strategy for all property listings. Write compelling copy for the website, social media, and brochures in line with the brand tone.
Digital Presence Management: Manage content calendars and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and WhatsApp. Coordinate ad boosting, content reshuffling, and property rotation on property portals and social media.
Platform Oversight: Oversee the uploading of content to platforms including BuyRent Kenya and WhatsApp catalogues. Research and implement WhatsApp marketing tools such as broadcasts, catalogues, and automation.
Collaboration & Asset Management: Liaise with sub-agents to source property content and ensure folders are correctly updated on Google Drive. Work with the graphic designer to create branded marketing materials.
Content Creation: Conduct occasional on-site visits for content creation, including behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage, reels, and highlights.
Reporting & Analysis: Analyse performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in real estate marketing or a fast-paced marketing environment.
Proven track record of managing content calendars and digital campaigns.
Excellent writing, copy-editing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive, and social scheduling tools.
Familiarity with real estate platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-driven, creative, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
